What is the role of the Operations Engineer?

• To drive improvement and productivity through effective utilisation of labour using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Poka-Yoke & Value Stream Mapping.
• This role will give you the opportunity to learn operational leadership along side hands-on engineering.
